RE-ALIGN

Enroll Description

This “no,” “low” or “full-impact” 60-minute, whole body workout combines ballet jumps (optional), which are the exercises that truly shape a “ballet body” as jumping develops type II fast-twitch muscle fiber, for whole-body conditioning that will greatly strengthen the core, improve endurance, lower blood pressure and gently tone the body without bulking.

Students who wish not to jump may perform lower-impact versions of the same movements that will still burn calories and improve your endurance. Strength, cardio, flexibility, balance and core - this workout has it all.

See pricing page for class packages and membership information.
