Our North Hollywood classes are held at MKM Cultural Arts Center at 11401 Chandler Blvd, 90404.


There is a small free parking lot behind the studio, ample free parking on area residential side streets, and numerous parking meters on Tujunga.

Grace Allison McCarthyGrace Allison McCarthy studied ballet in southern California with Julia Bourlina and Victor and Tatiana Kasatsky. She was accepted and became the first foreign student at the Korea National University of the Arts, Department of Ballet where she studied under Director Sun-hee Kim, and retired Kirov Principals, Rita Kulik and Vladimir Kim. During her two years in Korea she won several ballet competitions including the Gold Medal at the Korea International Ballet Competition, the Grand Prix, twice, at the YAGP Regional’s and was a top Finalist at the YAGP Finals in NYC. Grace was awarded a YAGP Full Merit Scholarship to the John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart, Germany. Professionally, Grace has danced with Stuttgart Ballet and Cincinnati Ballet.


CLEO MAGILL CLEO MAGILL– Born in Studio City, California, Cleo Magill began her formal training at the Colburn School in Los Angeles where she studied closely with Leslie Carothers and Glenn Edgerton. She then went on to be a trainee with the Joffrey Ballet for two years. Cleo was also a member of Tulsa Ballet II for two years where she had the opportunity to perform with the Tulsa Ballet. Currently residing in Los Angeles, she is dancing professionally with American Contemporary Ballet. Cleo’s most recent repertoire includes the Dying Swan, Lincoln Jones’ Seasons and Tchaikovsky Piano Tio, George Balanchine’s Valse Fantasie, Chaconne and 4 Temperaments, Fred Astaire’s Cheek to Cheek, I’m Old Fashioned and Smoke Gets in Your Eyes, Ben Stevenson’s Dracula, and Edwaard Liang’s Romeo and Juliet.
